APW hails community-based educators

The Association of the Progressive Women (APW) has said community-based educators are playing a critical role in the consolidation of good governance and promotion of transparent and accountable leadership in the country.

APW programme manager, Noel Msiska, made the remarks in Mwanza last week when he presented bicycles to 28 community-based educators (CBEs) to ease their mobility when carrying out awareness meetings in Mwanza and Neno districts.—WATIPASO MZUNGU JNR, Staff Writer
